Podere La Casellina is located in the hilly countryside of Tuscany between the Chianti region and the valley of the river Arno. The Podere lies between chestnut groves and the Chianti hills on one side and oak forests, cypresses and vineyards on the other. You will find the accommodation at the beginning of a small valley and from the rooms you have a nice view of the church of San Pietro al Terreno and the village of Pratomagno. The family has lived here since 1936, the church having left the Podere under the then ‘mezzadria’ contract to the grandparents of the current owners after their marriage. Over the ensuing years, many have enjoyed the Podere's hospitality.
