Parties are NOT allowed. The use of the property for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to good customs, or those that represent danger to the property, are NOT permitted. The house has a decibel monitor and cameras in the external parts, for security reasons and compliance with the rules. Guests are allowed as long as they are all over age (legal age) and do not stay overnight. If they spend the night on site they must be included in the reservation. Everyone must have a valid identity document (Passport, ID card, etc.) Sound thresholds should never exceed 75 decibels, for the good and tranquility of the neighborhood. If these thresholds are exceeded, a warning will be given, if a SECOND warning is necessary for non-compliance with the rules, a fine of 200 USD will be charged. Sexual tourism with minors is totally prohibited and can lead to sanctions and even jail time. If you cause any damage to the property, you must immediately notify the host. Help us by being aware of the environment and while you are not there, turn off the lights, air conditioners and leave all the water taps closed.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
