Please note that the air conditioning and/or heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. Heating will be charged between mid October and mid May. Air conditioning will be charged between mid June and mid September. It is possible to rent a high chair for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a playpen for an additional cost of EUR 25 per stay. It is possible to rent a fan for an additional cost of EUR 15 per week.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
