Undeclared overnight guests will incur an additional charge of AED 500, in addition to the applicable guest fee. * In accordance with local tourism regulations, all guests are required to provide a valid passport or Emirates ID before check-in. IDs must be submitted through the check-in form prior to arrival in order to complete the check-in process. Pet Policy * Pets are welcome upon request and subject to approval. * A pet fee of AED 100 per pet, per night applies. * Discounted pet fees may be available for weekly or monthly stays. * A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per booking. * Pets must not exceed 10 kg in weight. * Undeclared pets will incur an additional penalty fee of AED 500, in addition to the applicable pet fee. Property Rules * Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, or similar celebrations are not permitted. * Guests are kindly asked to respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise, especially during late hours. * Failure to comply with the property rules may result in a penalty fee of AED 500. Damage Policy * Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. * Any damaged, missing, or heavily stained items must be replaced or paid for accordingly. * Additional charges may apply after check-out if damages are identified during inspection.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
