Please note that late check-in carries a surcharge of EUR 25. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. This property is not suitable for hen, stag, or similar parties. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival. This must be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Sheets and towels are not included in the room rate.
