In order to complete the self check-in process, guests are required the payment of a tourist tax of €2.20 per person per day, which will be collected via a link prior to your arrival. By regulation (Royal Decree 933/2021), which came into effect on December 2, 2024, all guests must register online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure is for security reasons and applies to all vacation apartments in Menorca. To keep the pool clean and the garden in good condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. This maintenance is essential for ensuring you fully enjoy the villa. Visits are brief, discreet, and outdoors only. We always provide at least 24 hours' notice. Reservations made by individuals under 25 years old are not accepted when the group consists exclusively of individuals under that age. The furniture, décor, or certain elements of the property may have been renovated or updated over time; therefore, there could be slight differences compared to the published photographs.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
