Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for 9 EUR per person, per stay. Please contact the property before arrival for rental.
Please note that there is a damage deposit of 250 euro that is paid in advance to the accommodation. The electricity fee is charged extra against a fee of 0.40 euro/KW. The cost of the electricity will be deducted from the damage deposit. If there is no damage, the remaining damage deposit after deducting the electricity costs will be returned through bank transfer to the guests.
If the guest wants to use the EV charger for the electric car, they buy a charging credit for 10 euro's per day. The actual charging costs will be deducted from the paid charging credit.
Between May and September (when opened) we offer daily access for max. 4 persons to the next-door Aquarena pool at 70 euros per week or 10 euros per day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
