Cleaning service is available every day for each reservation. To reach the resort you must make a left turn 2 minutes after the bridge at the beginning of Via Falcinello. Stop at the large gate and ring the bell. In all the suites it is not possible to cook. Each apartment is equipped with a minibar, a kettle, a coffee machine, and coffee pods. Pets are allowed upon request, with an additional cost of €50 per day per dog, and a maximum of one dog per reservation. Pets should also be small in size. The management may occasionally organize events in the outdoor space belonging to the Resort. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to communicate their expected arrival time in advance. FUNDAMENTAL RULE: Within the Estate, all dogs must be kept on a leash and under the constant, direct control of their owner or handler. Free roaming is prohibited, except with specific authorization from Management in designated areas. Preamble: In regulating the access and stay of guests accompanied by animals, Tenuta La Ghiaia adopts these Regulations to ensure uniform standards of safety, prevention, and harmonious coexistence between people and animals. These Regulations supplement current national, regional, and municipal laws and establish specific conditions for access and stays at the facility, taking into account the property's characteristics, the presence of guests, staff, and collaborators, and—in particular—the presence of animals permanently kept on the Estate. The Regulations do not classify dogs by breed or size, nor do they presume that any specific breed is aggressive. The rule is based on the principle of prevention: an individual animal's behavior cannot be assessed solely on the basis of breed, size, weight, or the owner's statement regarding its docility. Art. 1 – Scope of Application: These Regulations apply to any guest, visitor, accompanying person, collaborator, or other individual who brings, leads, or keeps one or more dogs within the Estate, in any capacity. Art. 2 – Responsibility of the Owner or Handler: The owner or handler is responsible for the care, control, and handling of their dog throughout their stay at the Estate. The dog must be entrusted solely to a person who is genuinely capable of managing it. The owner or keeper must take all reasonable precautions to prevent the animal from escaping and to avoid situations involving danger, aggression, harassment, or harm. The owner or keeper remains liable regardless of the animal’s breed, size, weight, age, sex, training, declared temperament, or perceived docility. Art. 3 – General leash requirement within the Estate: All dogs must be kept on a leash while within the Estate. This requirement is a specific condition for accessing and remaining on the premises and applies regardless of breed, size, weight, age, sex, or behavioral characteristics. The private nature of the property does not grant the client the right to let their dog roam freely. Free-roaming is therefore prohibited, except with express authorization from Management, limited to a specifically designated area and subject to conditions established by the facility. In urban areas and places open to the public, current national regulations remain applicable in all cases, including the 1.50-meter leash limit stipulated by the prevailing ministerial ordinance. Art. 4 – Prohibition of free-roaming: It is forbidden to let dogs roam freely in gardens, on pathways, in common areas, guest lounge areas, parking lots, service areas, or any other part of the Estate not expressly designated by Management for such activity. Authorization to roam freely is not granted simply because a dog is small, elderly, trained, generally calm, known to Management, or considered non-aggressive by its owner. Art. 5 – Areas specifically designated for dogs: Management may, at its discretion, designate areas where different rules for handling dogs apply. Access to such areas is subject to specific rules established by Management. Any authorization allowing freedom of movement within a designated area does not constitute a general right and does not extend to other parts of the property. Management reserves the right to suspend access to the area in the presence of other animals or crowds, or during events or situations requiring safety measures. Art. 6 – Muzzle: The owner or handler must always carry a suitable muzzle (rigid or soft) to be used as required by current regulations. Management may require the use of a muzzle when specific circumstances make such a measure necessary to ensure the safety of people or animals, or during periods of heavy crowding, events, or specific high-risk situations.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise.
