By staying at Casa Queso Blanco, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. House Rules 1. Check-in and Check-out: • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees. 2. Quiet Hours: • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during this time. 3. No Smoking: • Smoking is prohibited inside the property. • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. All cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly in provided receptacles. 4. Pets: • Pets are welcome but must be approved in advance. • Guests must clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee. • Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool. 5. No Unauthorized Parties/Events: • Parties or events are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing. • For approved gatherings, music and noise levels must comply with quiet hour rules, and the guest assumes full responsibility for any damages or disturbances caused. 6. Occupancy Limit: • The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to the number specied in the reservation. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra fees. 7. Cleanliness and Maintenance: • Guests must leave the property in the condition it was found. Trash should be disposed of in designated bins, and spills must be cleaned promptly. • Any damages or issues encountered during your stay must be reported immediately to the host. 8. Stairs and Hills: • The property includes stairs, hills, and natural/landscaped areas with uneven or slippery surfaces. • Guests are responsible for navigating these areas safely and supervising minors, elderly individuals, or those with mobility challenges. Use handrails where available and wear appropriate footwear. 9. Bunk Beds: • The bunk beds are intended for children or light adults only. • The top bunk must not be used for jumping, playing, or other activities that could result in injury or damage. Children must be supervised at all times. Amenities Rules 1. Pool: • Use of the pool is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. • Do not use the pool under the inuence of alcohol, drugs, or with any health conditions that may make its use unsafe. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Pets are not allowed in the pool. 2. Golf Cart: • Only individuals with a valid driver’s license may operate the golf cart. • The golf cart must be used responsibly and in compliance with all local laws and regulations. • Guests are responsible for any damages caused by misuse and agree to cover repair or replacement costs. 3. Kayaks and Paddle Board: • Life jackets are mandatory and must be worn at all times when using kayaks or the paddle board. • Use of these items is at your own risk. Guests must ensure that weather conditions, water safety, and skill levels are appropriate before use. • The paddle board is for use on calm, at water only. Do not use it in rough water, high winds, or strong currents. • Any damage to the kayaks, paddle board, or related equipment is the guest’s responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged. 4. Exercise Equipment: • Exercise equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose. • Children are prohibited from using exercise equipment without adult supervision. • Guests assume all risks of injury and are liable for any damages caused by improper use of the equipment. Liability Waiver By booking and staying at Casa Queso Blanco, guests acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: • Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their stay, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, illnesses, or property damage arising from the use of the stairs, hills, pool, golf cart, kayaks, paddle board, exercise equipment, or any other amenities. • Guests acknowledge that outdoor areas may be slippery or hazardous due to weather conditions such as rain or dew and agree to exercise caution. 2. Indemnication and Release: • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and/or host from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their stay, including injuries, accidents, or damages caused by guests, their invitees, or pets. • Guests release the property owner and/or host from liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles during their stay. 3. Damages: • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, its contents, or amenities caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets. • The property owner reserves the right to charge guests for any repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning required due to misuse or neglect. 4. Health and Safety: • While the property owner makes reasonable eorts to maintain a safe environment, guests acknowledge that certain risks are inherent to the use of the property and its amenities. • Guests agree to follow all posted safety instructions and exercise due care when using the property and its amenities. 5. Supervision: • Guests are responsible for the supervision of children, pets, and individuals with mobility challenges at all times. Check-Out Instructions We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. While no chores are required, your assistance is appreciated to ensure a smooth transition for the next guests: • Leave used towels in the bathroom. • Load and start the dishwasher with dirty dishes. • Dispose of trash in designated bins. • Return any furniture to its original position. • Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed and locked before leaving.
