Please note that air conditioning is coin-operated and therefore comes as an additional cost (EUR 1, approximately 100 minutes). The damage deposit of EUR 200 applies to a maximum of 1-4 people only and is adjusted to EUR 50 per person from the 5th person onwards. The deposit will be collected by credit or debit card and reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded via credit or debit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you are booking for monthly or long stays (28 nights or more), the price of the reservation is for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS ONLY; EXTRA PERSONS are charged €375 each per month. Monthly or long-stay rates DO NOT INCLUDE utility bills, monthly WIFI (€25), and the post-check-out cleaning fee (€200). To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights. Please note that the monthly WIFI fee (€25) is good for 3 persons' consumption, and this amount may vary depending on the final number of people. The units are located on the lower ground floor.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
