After booking, the primary guest must submit a photo of their ID via our online check-in system. This is required for access to the apartment. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly. If the guest is found at fault for the damage, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method. Children are not allowed to play in the stairwell. Use of the washing machine and dryer is limited to 07:00 - 22:00. The property's parking space is only for the use of guests staying at the property. Please note that any guests above the fit will incur a CHF 50 per person, per night charge. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval.
