Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Please note that for arrivals after 7:30 PM, it is mandatory to complete the registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours prior to arrival. A surcharge of EUR 50 will apply. Keys can be collected from a locker located outside the office after 7:30 PM. The apartment must be left in the same condition as when it was received, or charges will apply. Final cleaning is optional and available at an additional cost.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
