The villa will be cleaned and prepared before your arrival. For stays of four nights or more, complimentary housekeeping is provided every three days during the stay. Towels and bed linens are replaced during the scheduled housekeeping service. Stays of three nights or fewer do not include mid-stay housekeeping. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Routine pool and garden maintenance may take place during your stay to keep the property well maintained. Parties, events, additional visitors and external vendors require prior approval. An additional event fee applies to approved events and special occasions. In accordance with Indonesian immigration reporting requirements under Law No. 6 of 2011 on Immigration, as amended by Law No. 63 of 2024, all foreign guests must submit their passport and visa details, email address and phone number in advance and before arrival. As the villa operates with self-check-in, staff may not be present upon arrival to collect this information. Providing the required details in advance helps ensure a smooth check-in. Failure to provide them may delay or prevent check-in. Self-check-in instructions and the exact villa location will be shared before arrival.
