The city tax (at the applicable rate) is to be paid upon arrival (per day and per adult over 18 years old) Accepted mean of payment: bank transfer, check, ANCV (€10 fee/file), ANCV connect (€10 fee/file), cash. Optional services are to be paid in addition: bed linen and towels, baby cot, high chair. After booking the reservation, an option will be sent by email to the guests requesting a deposit of 25% of the total amount. Upon receiving this deposit, a contract will be sent and must be returned to the property signed by the guests. The balance must be paid 1 month before arrival.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
