Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorisation. Room rates are for up to 6 (six) guests. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately $50 USD per night and no extra beds will be provided. The washer and dryer are ONLY available to long-term guests with stays of a week or longer.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
