✨ Rental Conditions – Les Appartements du Mas To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read the following rules: • 🧹 Cleaning: Cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be left clean (sheets removed, bins emptied, dishes washed and put away, floors cleaned, laundry placed in the bathroom). A cleaning option is available upon request if you prefer to travel light. • 💳 Security Deposit: A €200 security deposit is required upon arrival (bank card imprint upon arrival or bank link for self-check-in). • Platform & Website: As a professional using a Channel Manager, this deposit is managed directly by our establishment and remains due upon arrival, regardless of the platform's guarantee system. • 🫧 Jacuzzi: Reserved for guests, unsupervised, used at your own risk. Jacuzzi closes at 11 PM at the latest. • 🌿 Respect for the premises: We value the tranquility of our property. Please respect the peace and quiet, the environment, and the neighbors. • 🎉 Parties and events: Not allowed. Only the people indicated during the reservation are permitted on the property. (Check upon arrival + surveillance camera in all common areas) • 🐶 Pets: 1 dog accepted free of charge. Cats are not accepted. Pets must not be left alone in the accommodation or the courtyard. • 🏊 Swimming Pools: Reserved for guests, unsupervised, used at your own risk. Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (8:30 PM in summer). • 🚭 Non-smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations. • 🛡️ Insurance: The tenant must have vacation liability insurance. • ⚡ Interruption of utilities: The landlord cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of electricity, water, gas, internet, or television services, nor for restrictions imposed by the authorities. No compensation will be due in the event of a service interruption beyond the landlord's control, provided that the landlord takes the necessary steps to restore service. • 🌪️ Force majeure: In the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the landlord's control (natural disaster, fire, administrative decision, pandemic, etc.), the reservation may be canceled without compensation. Any sums paid will be refunded, unless otherwise stipulated by law. • 🚫 Illegal occupancy: The tenant agrees to vacate the premises on the date specified in the reservation. Any occupancy beyond this date, without the landlord's written consent, will be considered unlawful and may result in legal eviction proceedings at the tenant's expense. Swimming pool is closed from Fri 31 Oct 2025 until Fri 3 Apr 2026 Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
