Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods will not be tolerated! Please NO parties, no fire pits, no fireworks. NO open fires are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
