Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied. Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00. Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify you that it may vary according to the current year. Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
