Formal ban on smoking in the accommodation: €100 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - Return the accommodation to a suitable condition; - The refrigerator must be emptied upon departure: €20 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - Dishes must be washed and put away: €20 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - The trash cans must be emptied (see location of trash room/containers in the welcome booklet: €20 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance. - Close the windows when you leave; - Have not damaged, broken or stolen anything; - Maximum departure at 11 a.m., unless otherwise indicated. Any departure made after the arrival of the cleaning service provider will result in €50 on the deposit. - Avoid noise after 10 p.m. in order to respect the neighborhood; -All our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and will result in the full deposit being collected. ❗Important: Please validate the deposit before 7pm on the day of your arrival to guarantee access to the accommodation.
