If the apartment is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of R$100.00 will be charged. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A fine of R$300.00 will apply in case of violation. Cleaning and laundry products are not included. No parties or events allowed, including loud music. Only small pets are allowed. However, all urine, feces, and hair must be cleaned before check-out. The pet fee does not include cleaning. If hair, feces, or urine are found after check-out, an additional R$100.00 cleaning fee will be charged. Special attention is required for pet hair on covers, sofas, and mattresses.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
