The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID and register at check-in. In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours, and €75 outside of those hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
