Please note this is a privately owned unit. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. Please note the daily resort fee is paid upon arrival and payable to the resort directly. This only applies to stays of 29 days or less. A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 24 hours. Guests must also provide a copy of identification and the credit card used to make the reservation along with the signed agreement. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card to the hotel’s front desk upon check-in. Only the person whose name the reservation is under will be permitted to check-in. Please note for stays of 6 days or more, mandatory cleaning must be done every 6 days. An extra fee applies. When booking 30 days or more, guests can enjoy room service, complimentary valet service for 1 car and waived resort fees.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
