WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION: WhatsApp is essential, as it is our primary means of contact. We will send you the link to complete the online check-in via this app. ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.), and signing the digital contract. By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the security deposit to your credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be added to the invoice for damages caused. ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay. ARRIVAL TIME: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. CHECK-OUT TIME: Until 10:00 AM. VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system via a link or PIN code. The virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation, provided that the online check-in has been completed. INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that you have an internet connection upon arrival and that data roaming is activated if you are arriving from abroad, as the electronic system is activated through a link you will receive via WhatsApp. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
