Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an extra charge 10€ per person.
Air conditioning is charged extra at 15 EUR per day when used.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The damage deposit only for Groups reservations will be of 500 euros (instead of 150 euros) for each apartment to pay at the check-in in cash.
