Entry is strictly prohibited to any person other than the one registered as a guest/client in the reservation. Therefore: - If people other than those registered in the reservation access the accommodation without the express written consent of the property, a surcharge of €180 per person per day will be applied for accessing the accommodation without said consent. - If persons other than those registered in the reservation stay in the property without the express written consent of the property owner, a surcharge of €180 per person will be applied, and if they stay overnight, the charge will be per person and per night spent without such consent. Children are not allowed entry without the express written consent of the property owner. Even if accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians, the express written consent of the property owner is essential: - The entry of children into the apartment without the express written consent of the property owner will incur a surcharge of €200 per child per day that they access without said consent of the property owner; if they spend the night, the charge will be per person and per night spent without said consent.
