The municipality of Binz is expected to carry out road construction work on the car access road to the property (Schwedenstrasse) from October 7th, 2024. This will result in a complete closure of the road between October 7th, 2024 and August 1st, 2025. The adjacent properties cannot be reached by car. However, you can reach the accommodation on foot via the beach promenade. Replacement parking spaces will be provided in Binz. We will endeavor to provide parking spaces close to the property depending on availability. There may also be noise pollution.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
