Guests may bring one dog (upon request and only in Apartments 06 and 10), for a fixed fee of EUR 50. The municipality of Binz is expected to carry out road construction work on the car access road to the property (Schwedenstrasse) until around 15. June 2026. The adjacent properties cannot be reached by car. However, you can reach the accommodation on foot via the beach promenade. Replacement parking spaces will be provided in Binz. We will endeavour to provide parking spaces close to the property, depending on availability. There may also be noise pollution. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
