Guests will receive a rental agreement and a copy of the credit card authorization, which must be signed and returned to the property at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the agreement and credit card authorization are not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. For all reservations a copy of the credit card front & back is required if your reservation has any additional fees such as pet fee, late arrival fee , reservation extension or damaged deposit. A photo of your government issued identification and a selfie with Identification is required to be provided to the check in host remotely at least 24 hours prior to arrival date in order to check in. All long-term reservations over 25 days will need to complete the long-term lease, renter profile, rental agreement and credit authorization form and background check. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
