Before arrival, guests must choose one of the following damage-protection options: *An AED 1,500 refundable security deposit, refunded after check-out following the property inspection, provided no damage or missing items are identified; or *Non-refundable Damage Insurance at AED 40 per night. The selected option must be completed before check-in instructions are issued.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
