Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

The standard check-in time is from 3pm to 12am, it is a must to agree an arrival time. It is also possible to access the property earlier, in the event that the house is ready before the standard check-in time. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: € 12,00 per stay (single set) € 20,00 double set per stay. Please contact the property at least 5 hours before before arrival for rental. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €50,00 per stay applies. Guests arriving before/after 15:00-20:00 are requested to inform the property prior to their expected arrival time. Please note that an additional charge applicable for late check-in: EUR 15 from 20:00 to 22:00. EUR 25 from 22:00 to 00:00. EUR 50 after 00:00. All requests after 20:00 outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of: € 20,00 double set per stay or bring their own. Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen and towels. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 50 EUR per stay, per pet.
