Out of respect for the neighborhood and other guests: 1/ Access to the pool is not permitted after 8:00 PM or before 8:30 AM. 2/ You may not play music by the pool 3/ Do not leave personal belongings by the pool when leaving the pool area 4/ Parents must supervise their children at the pool 5/ Please respect the neighborhood’s quiet hours after 9:00 PM (music, TV, conversation, etc.) 6/ Parties or gatherings are not permitted Additional notes: * Pool towels are not provided. Do not use the provided bath towels outdoors * If the barbecue is used, it must be cleaned before departure; trash must be disposed of, and dishes must be clean and put away * Pets are not allowedThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
