• Upon confirmation of your reservation, all guests must provide copies of their valid passports or government-issued IDs as soon as possible to complete the entry permit required for access to El Gouna. • A valid photo ID or passport must be presented upon check-in. • Egyptian and Arab couples are required to present a valid official marriage certificate upon check-in, in accordance with local regulations. • Complimentary housekeeping is provided once every 3 days during your stay. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge. • Visitors are only permitted with prior approval from the property management. • Please keep your valuables secure. The property is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items. • All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. • This property does not accommodate bachelor, bachelorette, or similar parties. Swimming Pool Rules – El Gouna For the safety and comfort of all guests: Swimming is at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. No running, jumping, pushing, diving, rough play, or acrobatics. Proper swimwear is required. Nylon, Spandex, Neoprene, Lycra, and Burkinis are permitted. Cotton or partially cotton clothing is not allowed. Non-potty-trained babies and toddlers must wear swim diapers. No food, drinks, smoking, or glassware in the pool area. Pets are not allowed in the pool and must remain on a leash in the pool area. No excessive noise or activities disturbing others. Pools must not be used after sunset. Domestic workers are not permitted to use communal pools. Please do not reserve pool seating when you are not present. Throwing objects into the pool is prohibited. Guests must also follow any additional rules or instructions issued by El Gouna Community Management.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
