Special arrangements can be made for outside hours in emergency situations (e.g. for wheelchairs or heavy luggage) - In case of emergency, please do not use the elevator - Pet deposit and pet fees are charged per stay or per week, arrangements must be made in advance and are only allowed in specific units. - Someone found smoking on property will be charged $150.00 each incident.
