Access to the apartment is provided via virtual keys or a code. The check-in process is completed through a link that we send upon confirmation of your booking. All guests must register their identification (by uploading photos of the document and a selfie, and signing the guest registration form/rental agreement) via this link prior to arrival. This information is required for submission to the Ministry of the Interior, in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, which concerns the registration of guests in tourist accommodations and hotels. Once registered, you will receive the virtual keys to access the apartment. If you prefer not to complete the online check-in, you may request an in-person check-in at the apartment for a fee of €30. Alternatively, you may visit our office between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM to complete the registration process.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
