Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. 5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €50 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. 7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits. 8. Noise level monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive noise. 9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage to or loss of property and equipment.
