Please note that our check-out time is strictly at 12:00 PM to allow our cleaning staff enough time to prepare the house for the next guests. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a fee of $25 USD per hour (or fraction thereof) after 12:15 PM. Check-outs after 4:00 PM will be charged at the full daily rate. House rules and Replacement fees: To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please be advised that any lost, damaged, or misused items will incur the following replacement or cleaning fees (charged in local currency or equivalent): Keys and access: House keys: fifty dollars. Pool or vehicle access card: sixty dollars (each). Remotes: TV remote control, thirty dollars; A/C remote control, forty dollars. Special cleaning and damages: Smoking inside the house, one hundred and fifty dollars (deep cleaning and deodorizing fee). Special jacuzzi cleaning, one hundred dollars. Grill/barbecue cleaning costs thirty dollars. Linens and towels (damage or loss): White bath towel, thirty dollars, Pool towel, forty dollars, bed sheets and pillowcases, thirty dollars, comforter/bedspread, one hundred dollars.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
