Please note that this 60 sq. meters apartment is located on 4th floor in a 16th century building and can only be accessed via stairs. Unique apartment in the very heart of Paris between Louvre and Châtelet. It is a 35 sq. m. Living room with opened kitchen, Sofa can be used as a single bed & one bedroom. It is very central location but very quiet street & bedroom is absolutely calm as the window at the backyard . In a very lively area full of bars restaurants shops museums and all kind of transports - 3 min walk to Metro & RER station Chatelet Les Halles (35 min Direct line 14 Aéroport Orly, 45 min RER B) It is in real "Ventre of Paris" Walk : 4 mins - Louvre 6 mins - Centre Pompidou 2 mins - Samaritaine & Pont Neuf 2 mins - Les Halles Market (Ventre of Paris) 3 mins - St. Estache Cathedral 2 mins - Art Collection Bourse de Commerce Many charming & very different restaurants & bars just downstairs . It is also partly our home & we both work in art - so you will have possibility to enjoy our mix of vintage & contemporary taste.
