Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that check-in takes place from 16:00 onwards.
Keys can be collected from the office from Monday to Friday, between 16:00 and 18:00. Outside these times or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, keys can be collected from the security boxes outside the office.
Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details.
Please note that electricity usage of more than EUR 5 per day will be charged an additional fee. The guest will assume this Charge. This fee is applicable on the following dates:

- From November 1st to December 31st
