Security Deposit To ensure the proper use and maintenance of the accommodation, a deposit of 200 € will be withheld at check-in to cover any potential damage, wear and tear, or violation of the stay’s rules. Once the stay has ended and after verifying that the property is in the same condition as when it was handed over, the security deposit will be released and refunded to the guest. The only deductions allowed from the withheld amount, if any, are the administrative and processing fees charged by the platform or the deposit service provider, as well as any amounts corresponding to duly documented damages or incidents.
