Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

Important information

Please note that there are no meals included and the rate includes a mandatory housekeeper for cleaning and cooking according to the Moroccan dishes menu available at the villa from 7.30 until 21:00. Sheets and towels are changed at each new arrival and every three days. Local authorities regulations concerning the stay of Moroccan citizens in touristic establishments should be respected. Payment before arrival either via PayPal, bank transfer, or western union is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. For additional 20 euros per day and under a prior request of 3 days upon arrival, guests can enjoy heated pool. Guests can access the entire Villa except the cleaning rooms. The pool can be heated at an extra charge and upon prior request of minimum 5 days in advance. Keeping in mind that this option must be for the length of your booking.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
