The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If keys are lost or left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste disposal. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016); therefore, shortly before your arrival date, we will send you a link for online check-in to register all guests.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
