After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Guests must provide their passport for verification purposes. Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in. Keys are kept in a keybox at the property. Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee. This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Guests must provide their passport for verification purposes. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
