Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an ongoing enhancement project. The outdoor pool, open air indoor pool (structure currently being rebuilt), outdoor hot tub, Sea Store, restaurant (Joe Schmos Bar and Grill), and beach access via the ADA-accessible side pathway are available. The indoor hot tub and splash pad remain temporarily unavailable, and construction activity may be visible or audible during your stay. We are welcoming reservations during this phase and appreciate guest understanding as improvements continue toward a refreshed resort experience planned for Summer 2026.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
