Guests will receive a rental agreement and a copy of the credit card authorization, which must be signed and returned to the property at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the agreement and credit card authorization are not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. For all reservations a copy of the credit card front & back is required if your reservation has any additional fees such as pet fee, late arrival fee , reservation extension or damaged deposit. A photo of your government issued identification and a selfie with Identification is required to be provided to the check in host remotely at least 24 hours prior to arrival date in order to check in. All long-term reservations over 25 days will need to complete the long-term lease, renter profile, rental agreement and credit authorization form and background check. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
