1. The RESERVA DEL MAR Condominium has established the mandatory use of wristbands within the complex, which allow guests free and unlimited access to all social areas. The cost of the wristband is COP 60,400 per guest. This amount must be paid directly at the building’s reception at check-in and is not included in the reservation price or in any additional charges. 2. RESERVA DEL MAR Condominium requires that the full name and identification number of all guests be submitted in advance before the start of the reservation. To avoid any inconvenience during check-in, guests must send all the required information as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 3. Visitor policy: Visitors are not allowed in the building or in the apartment, in accordance with the internal regulations. 4. Once the guest registration email has been sent to the building’s administration (the day before check-in), it will not be possible to add additional guests to the reservation, in compliance with the condominium’s internal regulations. 5. After checking out of the apartment, guests must also complete the check-out process at the building’s reception. After this procedure, the use of common areas will not be permitted, according to RESERVA DEL MAR’s internal regulations. 6. At certain times of the year, Santa Marta may experience water shortages.
