House Rules 1. Please take off your shoes at the entrance 2. Please put your shoes on shoe rack 3. Please wash your dishes in the sink after cooking/eating, Please wash your dishes by hand without dishwasher to allow other guests to use cleaned dishes, if you do not wash your dishes by hand, There will be an extra charge (350 SEK) 4. Check-in Time : between 2:00 PM (14:00) and 11:30 PM (23:30) 5. Late Check-in: There will be an extra charge (350 SEK) for checking in after 11:30 PM (23:30) 6. Check-Out Time : before 11:00 AM 7. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, If you smoke inside the house, There will be an extra charge (3000 SEK) 8. Please separate different types of waste like food, plastic, glass, paper, and general waste before leaving. If you do not sort rubbish, There will be an extra charge (350 SEK) 9. Please do not forget to deliver the house key at checkout, otherwise there are extra fees and charges (3000 SEK) if you do not return the house key 10. Please park your vehicle only within parking area located on the house's land 11. It is not allowed to bring any friend to the house , if you want to meet a friend , please meet him/her outside of the house It is not allowed to wear outdoor shoes inside the house. You need to remove your shoes at entrance. There will be an extra charge (3000 SEK) if you wear outdoor shoes inside the house No parties or events allowed. Guests cannot invite more people onto the house than are registered on the bookingThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
