In front of the building is the Cala Crancs beach with its golden sand, its shallow, crystal-clear waters, and a beach bar where you can have an ice cream, a soft drink, or a pizza. The beach offers a rental service for awnings and sunbeds. To go to the beach, you can do it from the community garden through a rocky path (not suitable for very young children) or just by walking the gently sloping street.

Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed in 14 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.
Important information
Arrivals after 19:30 must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival. There is an extra fee of EUR 50.
The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time after 19:30.
Guests are requested to leave the apartment in the same conditions that they find it or charges will be applied.
