Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

If the transfer of the damage deposit has any deduction due to any bank charge for the transaction, this amount must be assumed by the guest; if the refund applies, the amount received by the property will be returned.
