Damage deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed in 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the accommodation.

If the transfer of the damage deposit has any deduction due to any bank charge for the transaction, this amount must be assumed by the guest; if the refund applies, the amount received by the property will be returned. For example: the guest makes a transfer for 250 eur of damage deposit and the bank charges 20 eur for the transaction, therefore the property receives 230 eur, those 230 eur will be returned.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
