The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they keys are left inside of the property, a charge of 50€ will apply during office schedule and 75€ outside this schedule. The new keys will have to be collected from our office by the guest. On check out date all trash must be taken out by the guests, if not done a charge of 150€ will apply for taking out any remaining trash. Guest registration is mandatory by the law in Spain( Royal decree 933/2021 from October 26th) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). when arrival dates comes near we will send a link to perform an online check in for all guests. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
