After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Please note that the last -minute reservations made within 24 hours of the date of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time, which goes from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The property accepts only the number of adults indicated on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guest not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to present an identity document once the reservation has been created and at the time of recording. This property does not welcome the burials of a young girl, boy or other similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A policy of compliance with noise pollution is in force between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The guests must leave the property in the same state as that in which they arrived. If you leave the property at a different hour from that scheduled, namely 10 am on the morning of the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will have to pay a recall fees of € 55. If the above policies are not respected, a penalty rate will be applied to the guests for any damage caused to the property.
